I-485 filer waiting on GC

Hello everyone,

I am married to a USC and this is my timeline so far, my last notice was 259 days ago. It's very frustrating but all I can do is wait and hope. Any advice would be welcomed.

08/11/2019 - Applied for GC and EAD.
09/16/2019 - Biometrics was completed.
01/06/2020 - Interview for GC was scheduled.
01/07/2020 - EAD was approved.
01/13/2020 - Received EAD.
01/24/2020 - Interview for GC was cancelled.
01/27/2020 - Interview for GC was re-scheduled.
03/06/2020 - Interview for GC was completed and is under review.
10/13/2020 - Applied for renewed EAD.

You haven't received the I-797 receipt yet? Usually, they take 2-3 weeks for EAD renewal.

Nope nothing, my lawyer inquire about it and they updated it online that the inquiry was completed and that they would send a letter in the mail explaining why its taking so long but nothing up to now. The inquiry was send Sept 5. My lawyer said they spoke to an officer and he said that he didn't see anything wrong with my case, and that it "was" taking longer than it is supposed to.
The interview went well, it was updated online the same day to "interview was completed and case must be review". That was since March 6th.

No receipt as of yet and it has been almost 6 weeks. My EAD will expire January 6 so i'm worried.

You should get in touch with the Ombudsman. That tends to move things along. You can do it yourself, your lawyer does not have to do it. You should also call USCIS yourself.
