  • Anyone have experience with never receiving your interview notice in 2020?

My status was changed to "Interview Was Scheduled" on October 30th and it says they have mailed me an interview notice. It's now November 30th and I'm positive it just got lost in the mail at this.

I filed a missing notice request online two weeks ago and have not received a response. I tried talking to real representatives on the phone all last week and agents made two urgent requests that were supposed to be responded to within 48 hours by a tier 2 agent and I never received a response to either. I'm now calling again today but everyone keeps saying they can no longer transfer me to a tier 2 agent.

I don't know what to do anymore. These requests seem pointless and I feel like our interview is going to pass by and then I'm going to get a denial letter in the mail. It doesn't seem like many people are successful after being denied for missing an interview and end up having to reapply. This is ridiculous.

    Any help is appreciated.

Do you have an online USCIS account?

If not, make one! you will be able to see all the notices they sent you, also you can send a USCIS officer a message from your account!

In the meantime keep sending service request for missing mail

Select the, Did not receive notice by mail option

    Good Luck!!

Thank you but I filed my application in paper in October 2019. I can't see any of the notices they've sent me on my USCIS account. All I'm able to see is the case status and timeline of updates. I'm not sure if only applications filed online are able to see all of their notices but I don't have access to them.
