Removing Conditions

Hi everyone -

My wife's green card is about to expire in about 4 months. I'm starting to fill out and gather all the information required to remove her condition. The form looks simple enough that I can fill out myself and provide evidence. I contacted a couple lawyers to find the cost of them doing it and they are charging close to 700 for everything.

has anyone on here done their own I-751 with no issues? Any tips to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
