Long stay outside of US due to COVID, will that affect my ongoing I-485?

First time posting here in immihelp.com!
I tried to google the answer for my question but didn't work so I am seeking help from the community.
I hold a H1B visa and I flew back to Hong Kong on July 4 2020. Because I do COVID-19 related work so I fell into the exemption for the US Consulate in Hong Kong to renew my H1B stamp. Although they are doing expedite service for me, I got my passport and H1B renewed on early Dec 2020.
I applied for green card (EB-2) and have my I-140 approved on Aug 2020. Now I am waiting for I-485 approval.
My question: is there any restriction about how long I need to stay in the US during green card application, specifically for the I-485 approval?
