Now I am in H1B status and will file AOS this week. (I-130)
Before filing I-485, I really need your help and advice for some question?
1. If I quit the current job after filing I-485 in order to preparing exam, will my AOS be void?
2. If I apply work permit concurrently with I-485, will my H1B visa be void?
3. My parents (sponsors) do not have enough income to meet the requirement of Affidavit of Support so they have to use assets (CD and Saving account) to cover the shortage. In this case, what kind of documents or proof they can present for the evidence of Certificate of Deposit and Saving Account?
