Atlanta - no feedback afer interview cancellation

My i 485 receipt is from Oct/2019 and it’s in the Atlanta office.
Things were going in a good pace until I had an interview canceled in mid March 2020 due to Covid19 offices closure and since then all I saw was a “Name Updated” change in my case last August. Other than that, nothing happened and it looks like my case is forgotten somewhere.
I have colleagues that were behind me on their schedule, had interviews waived and already got a green card- same Atlanta office.
my attorney did not offer much as he said that cases are taking 11-26 months processing time.
Can anyone shed some light on what may be going on and if there’s any mean to get more information?

Have you called them? Call and speak to a Tier 2 person perhaps that would help.
