I received interview letter for AOS soon after submission of application for renewal of EID. My I 485 is approved and received GC. Now I received letter for Boimetry for the renewal of my EAD based on the application I submitted just before I received the interview letter. What I am expected to do now! Please advise.

USCIS cancels interviews last minute all the time. I would still follow through and go to your biometrics appointment. That way your EAD gets renewed - just in case you end up needing it.

Once you go through your green card interview and you are approved, USCIS will cancel your EAD.
