adjustment of status for spouse

i am applying for adjustment of status, my i 130 is current and i am in usa on visitors visa.
i also want my spouse to get the immigration with me, now he is not in usa, but he can come to usa on visit visa( 5 yrs multiple entry).
what is the process for him?

He already has the visa to come usa.
But he does not want to stay long here for 1-485 processing.

I am in usa and am doing my i-485.
What is the option for my spouse to get the immigration as soon as possible while he is out of usa.

Help, if any one has any idea regarding this issue.
