I-360 Vawa with I-485 interview about

Hi Friends,

My I-360 vawa file was approved 4 months ago so now I am waiting for an interview date for I-485,

1 - How will be I-485 interview because my file is different and What questions will be asked? Where can I find these questions?

2 - I am still waiting for I-485 interview from New York so, When can it came?

Hi, I may not have an answer for you since we are in the same situation, but may I ask you when did you filed for VAWA?
I filed VAWA back in July 2019 and till this day I have not received or heard anything from USCIS regarding my case.
Well I did only received my EAD/AP COMBO CARD in October 2019 and I renewed it on July 2020 but other than that have not received anything regarding my I360, and I-485. And I’m still waiting for my I-765 to get approve.

1-When did you apply to Vawa for the first time?
2-From which state did you apply?
3-What is the code of the EAD card you received?

Hey A2020, Are you saying it only took you 3 months to get your initial EAD/AP approved the first time you filed your vawa but it is now taking you almost 6 months to get your renewal EAD/AP?

Answer:
1. Vawa Base I-485 interview most of them are being waived in NYC, I was one of them.... If you do have an interview the questions they ask is all the yes or no questions on form I-485 also Address, DOB, Marital status if you divorce or still married to the abuser, employment etc.. more personal questions.

2. After I-360 is approved you must count NYC local office processing time which around 14 to 20 months.....

3. Example My Vawa was approved on December 2019, I-485 NYC local office sent me an RFE for new I-693 medical form On February 2021 ( I sent same month) I-485 Approved May 10, 2021 (3 months after they received my updated I-693 form ) NO INTERVIEW I know more than 10 people already they requested I-693 thru RFE after they received they were approved without interview after medical are received they are making I-485 decision. JUST patiently wait.
