Closing asylum case

Hi everybody,

I requested USCIS to close my asylum case at the beginning of September, their response was they will close once they have funds.
It's been 5 months already and I have a feeling they are not gonna touch it anytime soon.

How can I speed up the process?

Appreciate any advice, thank you

8/26 I-765 New Card Is Being Produced
8/27 I-765 I-131 Case Was Approved
8/31 Card Was Mailed
9/2 Combo Card in hand
