I received today the RFIE and it was for my husband's 2020 tax returns.

Yes, I got the notification monday and I received the letter Thursday. They asked for my husband' latest tax return. When we sent our application he just sent a letter stating that he didn't file taxes here due living as my dependant in my home country. I suppose they just wanted to be sure that he had a job and had enough income to support me.

Just keeping you guys updated:

Today, March 30th my I-485 case changed from fingerprints were submitted to “Case is ready to be scheduled for interview”. At the moment there’s still no word on my EAD/AP however it seems like I’m moving in the right direction. I had no RFE’s.

See timeline below:

I filed form I-131, I-765, I-485 & support documents due to my approved I-130. Please Note that I had to re-file my application due to a denial.

-Package was received November 25th.
-Cheques cashed Dec. 17.
-Receipts received Jan 7th (Due to holiday backlog with usps)
-Fingerprints from previous application was used and notified Jan 19th.

I know it’s very frustrating guys but do not lose hope they are moving and working. Feel free to ask any questions I will answer it as best as I can.

Hope19 also The office that is processing my case would be the Baltimore office which averages about two months before you actually tend to get an interview if I’m not mistaken

No updates on EAD ?! why ?

In some cases it looks like they leave the EAD and AP applications behind and they only work on GCs. A lot of people have got GC approved without receiving EAD ever. Only USCIS knows why.

I just came back from my bio appointment. Officers were pretty nice and they let me go in at 8 am when my appointment was at 9 am. We were just 5 people in line to get bio.
