Tears of joy are streaming down my face. GC is approved! EB-3 Seattle. Timeline is below. Both RFEs were for medical. Total time from very beginning of the process till the end was ~26 months.

I have received medical RFEs for my 3 dependents but not mine, it is 2 days now, initially I thought it is postal delay. Any recommendations? Should I call USCIS helpline or try Emma chat?

i checked over Emma chat, and the agent told me that my RFE is not sent yet. Now I am more confused- should I respond for my dependents only?? ..and my report too while sending for them or wait for my RFE to reach.Originally posted by randUser9 View Post

I asked the agent, she told me to respond for dependents as there is a deadline, and add mine but it is not recommended to do so with RFE as they cannot track such document.Comment

my lawyer advised me to submit my medical along with the dependents, and keep one more sealed copy ( with extra fee) for later in case I receive teh RFE post submission.
