My husband got labor clearence in september. Heapplied for EAD . I couldn't acquire the papers because i was in India. His visa was epired and we were on extension period. Is it possible to apply EAD(include me in I-485) for me? If so, what is the earliest he can apply? I have to wait until he gets EAD or he can apply seperately? What are the possible ways please entionme here? Thanks
