applied for an adjustment of status for my husband in November of 2019. in march of 2020 received a letter stating that my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview and have not heard anything back since, I know that with covid many offices have been shut down. but my state ( NJ) has been opened since July. its now January and nothing I tried to get in touch with USCIS through calling but that was a waste the automated system will not allow me to speak to a rep. it keeps saying they cannot assist me at this time and hangs up. tried reaching out though email maybe that will work. should I be doing anything else?
