    Hi all!
I hi would like to share my timeline and some details of my AOS application
F1 student Married to American Citizen
    Philadelphia field office

    12/30/2020: Package sent
1/24/2021 : case received accepted fingerprints fee
04/09/2021: Request for initial evidence ( 2020 tax returns and birth certificate)
    05/03/2021: Evidence received
    06/25/2021: Biometrics request
    07/14/2021: Biometrics apt
07/20/2021: case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
08/25/2021: expedite request for EAD card ( called USCIS and requested over the phone, was told I will be contacted for evidence but that never happened)
09/04/2021: expedite request approved -combo card was mailed
Side note: I think calling to expedite my Combo card brought attention to my case
    09/07/2021: case scheduled for interview
10/14/2021: interview - Attended with my twins. The officer was very straightforward and gave very clear instructions at the beginning of the interview ie, 1) don’t answer questions I havent asked 2) dont give me anything I havent requested for 3) dont spell anything . He wanted to get us out of there as quickly as possible
     Questions during interview
Asked my husband his name, date of birth and where he was born . If he has met my parents and what are their names. The name of our children . Then asked for his drivers license
For me : my name (gave him my new name ) so he asked what my last name was before. Date of birth, country I was born in , if I knew my husbands parents and their names. Then asked to see my social security card, passport and drivers license. He then asked why I hadnt changed my address on my drivers license since we moved .
Then asked me the million questions asked on I-485 about criminal history etc.
Closed our folder and said we are done and he typically takes 4-6 weeks to review applications and to make a decision. I was little sad because I felt he didnt give us the opportunity to show him all the documents we took.

By 7pm 10/14 : New card is being produced

looking back this was the simplest interview anyone could ask for

      Hi, friends!

I had my interview on Friday, and it was hard, in my opinion. We were interviewed separated. The officer called me and told me to bring all my documents. I had to go over every document that demonstrate a life together, and then over all the pictures. Then, he asked me questions such as:
-What did you all do last weekend?
-How much money do you make?
      -Friends
      -Mine and his degrees
      -How much is your rent?
-Who pays the bills? which bills? How much are they?
      -Cars
      -How did we meet?
-Plenty of questions about all our life together. If I said, "we like board game"s, he would ask a lot about which board games, what are his and my favorite board game, where do we buy board games, what is the last board game we played...

My interview lasted around 40 min, and then he called him, and asked him the same questions. His interview lasted around 7-10 min.

I left with a bad feeling, because I did not expect being separated and so many questions.I got very nervous. In two hours the status changed to "New Card is being produced".

      That is my experience.

Just a quick question. Where did you mail your I-693? Is the mailing address mentioned in the notice we receive?
Thank you for your time and help in advance.
