How to reach an agent on USCIS phone about interview scheduled date?

My case status updated last Friday (Jan. 8) that the interview was scheduled.
I have not received the mail notice.

I tried to call USCIS to inquire the interview info. The machine asks my case number and reads the status to me. When I said I wanted to speak to an agent, it said there were things a person couldn't do but the machine could. I tried to ask about the interview date, the robot asked me to provide another case number. I tried to randomly pressed the keys; the robot said it didn't understand and hung up. I notice there's no more menu/key selection. It's only talking with the robot and I have no idea how to get to a real human. Any ideas?

I suggest you say Appointment and then pick infopass. this will make EMMA transfer to an information specialist.

Not able to get an interview date. The agent said they'd send me a copy of the notice and gave me a queue # to refer if I don't receive anything within 7 business days.
