Job Search (OPT EAD expires soon)
Hi everyone!
I have a question about job prospects/opportunities.
I am on OPT and my OPT EAD expires in April.
I sent my marriage based I485 - I130 in December.
Given how slow USCIS is now - I do not think that I will get my new EAD by April. So there will be a gap and I do not think employers would like this.
Does it make sense to apply for jobs and do interviews now?
Many jobs opening ads state that: Only US Citizen, Green Card Holder, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, L2-EAD can apply.
Does anyone have to deal with something similar?
