Stimulus Check - Public Charge

Hi, I am a US citizen, filing taxes jointly with my spouse (on F1 visa). We have got the stimulus checks. Does getting the stimulus check by my spouse will come under public charge or in any way negatively hurt my spouse AOS application.

It shouldnt be a problem because: The economic impact stimulus payment is a “tax credit” under the CARES Act, and the public charge regulations specifically exclude tax credits from the federal, state, local, and tribal cash assistance that they consider “negative factors” for public charge determinations.
