Changes in i864 after filing
Hi guys, We will have our adjustment interview on February 10th. We have a 6 months old baby that wasnt born when we filed i864 so he is not mentioned as a depwndent in the form. Do we need to send new form with the correct information or to bring it with us to the interview or dont need to do anything? Iam confused of how everything works. Our initial documents were prepped by a lawyer, but i want to know if we need to send new form before calling the lawyer again. TIA
