I just filed i-130 base F2A Can I submit i-485 now

Just filled i-130 F2A for my spouse can I submit i-485 right now because the priority date is current? Or I have to wait for I-130 get approved

Yes, you guys can file I-130 and I-485 together, or your spouse can file I-485 while I-130 is pending as long as they have gotten the I-130 receipt (because they need to attach a copy of the I-130 receipt).

I spoke to many people some of them say you have to wait until i-130 is approved because you are a green card holder not a us citizen. But some of them say you have to see the bulletin on file date not priority date. This is make me very confused. Thank you so much
