Chances of getting RFE

Hello,

My PD is 09 Oct 2009 India, EB2 NIW. The last medical RFE I submitted was in Jan 2015. My PD has become current in Feb 2021 bulletin. I have not got any RFE so far. My lawyer is saying I might or might not get RFE. I thought medicals expire after two years. So what are chances of me getting RFE, medical or others?

From what I read they can't approve if they don't have current medicals. I read some posts from people that went to the interview and the officer told them that everything is ok but they need to do the medicals, then they send the RFE and after they got the sealed envelope back they approved the case.

Some people even bring a new sealed envelope to their interview.

I got an RFE for medicals almost 2 years ago but my category dates became not-current. I expect an RFE if they don't approve my case in the next few months. In 2 months I will contact the clinic that did my medical, explain the situation, and see if they can give me a discount, prices are high around here.
