HI guys so i need a little advice, I talk to a USCIS agent thru Emma and found out my biometric is schedule on 2-4-21 at 12 PM but i have not received a mail copy of it? What should i do? I called them today and they put me on a call back list for tier 2 agent. How long do they take to call back?

Keep contacting them until you get a) the letter in the mail or b) they send you a copy by email. From what I read: you need the letter for your appointment.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
