urgent need help ( Received Request of Evidence I-944 )

Hello Guys,

Note that i live in the Bronx , NY.
I received today an Initial Evidence they asking me to send the Form I-944 ( Declaration of Self-Sufficiency ) for my I-485.
when i read all supporting documents, they said i need to send credit report if i have one if not i need to send also the report which said that i dont have a credit report.
but my question is how can i provide that ? note that i got only a ITIN number and when i tried to have a credit report on www.annualcreditreport.com they said :

Errors:
Social Security Number is invalid. Please try again.
Verify Social Security Number is invalid. Please try again.

So what i can do for that ?
Also i read that health insurance is a bonus but i dont have one so what can you suggest me ?
can you give me some tips and good info so that i can make a good form with good evidence with my I-944 ??
In the Form i have to provide information about my skill in English and other language. note that my first language is French. so how i can provide a certification which said that i can read and understand English and also French ?
Also do i need to add the Form I-693 Report of Medical Examination & Vaccination Record ??

please any advises and tips will be appreciate.

You can call Equifax to get credit report and they will tell you the same - no credit report on file. But will offer to send you a letter confirming the same.

For English - we included information about the coursework in high school and college classes.

No no no no no....LISTEN.....

All you need to do is the following, trust me, i did it, they accepted it, everything is good this way...

Go the the Experian's website, and try to sign up using your ITIN, the website will give you an error and is going to tell you that a SSN is required. PRINT THAT PAGE DISPLAYING THAT ERROR. That's all you need to send them. I added a small explanation saying that I can't obtain a credit report because I don't have a valid social security number. That's all you need to do.

As far as for health insurance I said I didn't have any and that I'll obtain such insurance as soon as a social security number is assigned to me as that's a requirement for most insurance companies.

I did not provide any certifications for language skills, all I said was:
-Spanish, native language.
-English, second language fluently.

My timeline so far:

-01/27/20: Same sex couple, married to USC.
-06/29/20: Package I-130, I-130A, I-131, I-485, I-693, I-765, I-864, I-864 joint sponsor and I-944 sent via certified mail USPS.
-06/30/20: Delivered by USPS and signed by Chicago lockbox T Thomas.
-07/25/20: Checks cashed.
-07/30/20: Text messages received with case confirmation numbers.
-07/31/20: Received NOA's in the mail.
-08/05/20: Received RFIE notification from USCIS for I-485, letter to follow via mail.
-08/10/20: Received RFIE in the mail asking for my partner's pay stubs for the last 6 months and letter of employment.
-09/18/20: Mailed out RFIE to Lee-Summit's office.
-09/21/20: USCIS confirms they've received RFIE.
-10/27/2020: Called USCIS regarding biometrics appointment not yet scheduled. USCIS send E-Request to Chicago FO.
-11/10/2020: Immigration officer reaches out to me via phone call to explain the reason I haven't received a biometrics appointment, appointment will come eventually.
-11/23/2020: USCIS files another E-Request for biometrics.
-12/04/2020: USCIS confirms biometrics appointment has been scheduled and letter with details is in the mail already.
-12/05/2020: Biometrics appointment scheduled for December 21st 2020.
-12/21/2020: Biometrics taken.
-12/22/2020: Biometrics applied to cases.
-12/29/2020: Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview.

This was for my mother-in-law. She has college degree. In both High School and college, she had taken some English classes / coursework.

So in Part 4, 5-A - Entered "English" under Language then:

"Coursework as part of High School and B.A."

Then provided the Graduation date and university name.

5-B used for her Native Language
5-C for another language she knows.

Based on the previous comment - I like to idea of adding "Fluently" if you feel comfortable - so something like "Fluent and taken coursework as part of High School and B.A." ...

We sent medical exam I-693 along with our initial application. It has to be no older than 60 days before date of filing and then remains valid for 2 years.

I was planning to not do the exam right now and get it done when Interview was scheduled. But the attorney we were consulting suggested we get it done. Our case is also for Parent of US Citizen - so I think there is a possibility of no interview?

AFIK - The risk with submitting medical exam with the application - test will need to be redone if case pending for more than 2 years?

Also I am not sure if there is a current requirement to submit the medical exam with the initial application or it remains optional.

Frejus, DO NOT SEND ANYTHING USCIS DID NOT ASK!!!!!

only send what they ask you to send, if they ask for i944, please send them your I944, and I944 only!

Send documents that USCIS did not ask will only delay your process.

They will send you a deficiency letter about your medical report (I693) in the future.
