New government changes immigration stuff??

i want to ask does anybody know what new govt is bringing new polices for immigrants specially for those who are sponsored by us citizens?

anything good changes for spouses in usa? does new govt speed up spousal immigration stuff?

It's hard to say. Given the razor-thin margins in the U.S. Senate, I wouldn't expect anything too radical. We will probably see the public charge rule rescinded and DACA enshrined into law, but that's about it.

I will take a different view. All the negative developments last 4 years were done via Executive Action - not a single law passed by congress (AFIK). So unwinding this will also not need any help from Congress. Just won't happen overnight as unwinding it legally will take time. What will actually happen and when? Who knows!!

I heard new govt hire officers in immigration centers so that cases were in backlog can be process speedly. is that correct?
