With the federal rulemaking procedures, I wouldn't guess so. You need to continue to file it until USCIS tell you otherwise.

But Biden said he will end the public charge.

Yes, he did- but he also never gave a timeline. Unfortunately, he can't end it unilaterally through executive order. Instead, it has to go through the federal rulemaking procedure which can take months. DHS may also have other priorities that stops them from acting immediately on ending the public charge form

I respectfully disagree. A Trump EO resulted in the introduction of I-944. Biden can reverse the EO. Furthermore, I believe that the next set of Biden's EOs does exactly that.

It was not an EO. It was a DHS rule that went through a proposed rule, comment period, and final rule a year later that considered all the comments. If they want to change the rule, they would need to go through the long an arduous process again. The other option is if they drop the appeals of the district court rulings that have already struck down the rule, that could also kill the rule.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

My guess is that if a new rule is proposed, it could be a while before it’s implemented, and that assumes it’s not challenged in federal courts. The matter is not helped by the fact the Senate has not confirmed a DHS Secretary or USCIS director.

                Thanks everyone

Should one file now or wait for the form I944 to be removed for AOS case.

So long as you would pass the public charge test, I wouldn't bother waiting. We don't know when (or if) the process to end the rule will begin. Even then, it will take some time for it to be implemented.
