If I over stayed in the US. with a Visa on my passport and let it expired. is there anyway I can go to the INS. and get it extended after 8 years?. I was 12 when I first came with parents, now I'm 19 and want to fix my own documents.. Will someone please help me, thank you. any good advices?. I apreciate it.!

If my mom marries a citizen, how long will it take her to get her documents, and would i be carried? im 19 and my siblings?.

If Leave the Country, Whats the penalty? I cant come back anymore? would it be applyed to me, i came here as a minor. at 12 with parents.
- I would like to go to Canada. Is there anyway I can.
- I dont have any documents, but Passport from my country.(not US) and expired visa on it. and my birth certificate from Spain.
