I originally entered the country illegally in 2000. I am currently on daca and traveled back to my country in 2016 and came back legally with advance parole. I am currently married to a US Citizen & have a child together. No criminal record, no arrest. Can I file the I-130 & I-485 together using the advance parole as a legal entry? Also, are there any issues I can run into because I was illegally in the country before I had my daca status?
