I plan to apply for my husband's AOS but I might move to another state within few months. If I apply from this state and then move to another state, will it affect the case?

Only insofar as it may lengthen or shorten processing times.

      Thanks

Is it necessary to move the case to new State?

or one can travel to Old state for interview?

Your interview will always be held at the office that has jurisdiction over your new zip code. The best way to find out if your case will move is to use the "find my office" function on CIS' website.
