  • AOS Concurrent filing fees question

I am filing I130 I485 I131 and I765 for my parents concurrently. I read that the fees for USCIS has gone up and I131 and I765 need separate fees. However the uscis fee calculator does not require the additional fees.
Could folks who filed after Oct'20 please throw some light on how much fees needs to be paid.

Read the instructions for each form. They will tell you exactly how much needs to be paid.

The fee changes were abandoned. The fee for I-130 is $535. The fee for I-485 is $1225. I-765 and I-131 are free.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

I filed a standalone I-130 for my mother 2 weeks ago, through the online USCIS website. Is it too late to file a concurrent I-485? How do I connect the two applications?

I understand I-485 can only be filed by paper. The USCIS website says my I-130 is being processed at the Nebraska Service Center location. The I-485 instructions tell me to send it to the Chicago Lockbox. But they also say it must be sent to the same filing location as the I-130 in order to be considered concurrent.

I am confused by these requirements, and would be grateful for any guidance.

Which milestone needs to be achieved in order to be able to say that the beneficiary is not overstaying their visa, and simply waiting for the Green Crad?

I filed I-130 online. Then, sent out the I-485 package with I-130 receipt notice attached. Hope that helps!

Did you include I-130 receipt that was available right after submitting the form online? Or you had to wait for I-797 first?
