Travel to India While PD is current

My priority date is current starting this month(EB2 Feb 23,2006). My finger prints and photographs was done in Aug 2007. Didn't receive 2nd FP notice. I checked with FBI and they confirmed that USCIS requested for Finger prints from them on 6/15/2010. I have a valid AP And EAD. With these factors can i travel to India next week? This is a family emergency.

a) What happens if my 485 is approved when I am outside US ?Can I still enter with AP?
b) Is there any way to check with USCIS to see if they have a fresh copy of my fingerprints?
C) Is there any way to check with USCIS to see if they have already done the name check?

Hi There, I am in same boat now. I have my PD current and I have plan to visit India in June second week. I have my AP & EAD with PD July 3rd 2006. Could you share your experiences please?
