My company filed the I-485 last October and I also received the receipt. Due to change in situation, I need to relocate back to my home country. In this case, will the I-485 application continue to be valid and is their a provision for Consular Processing which I can have in my home country? So far I am in US and will be leaving US in another few days.

You should consult a lawyer. But AFAIK, if you leave the country without an AP (advance parole), you application would be considered withdrawn. And since you have already submitted your I-485 here, I don't think you can avail consular processing. Again, this is NOT legal advice.
