February 2021 Filers (AOS - I-485)

Hi,

I submitted all the required documentation on Feb 9, 2021 via UPS and delivered at Chicago on Feb 10, 2021. I have applied through my attorney and he shall take care of all the correspondence. Waiting game begins. Any idea when can I get NOA from USCIS?

Can I get extension on my Driver's License based on NOA in Texas? I am here on B2 Visa and it is expiring on March 15.

Timeline:

2/9/2021: All required documents for Marriage Based AOS dispatched via UPS.
2/10/2021: Package received at Chicago Lockbox.

Have not received any update from USCIS (no text, email, or CC charge) for AOS - I-485 for B2 mother.

I haven't received anything yet....except the 'wrong' thing

Long story short, my EB1C application was filed, and yesterday I received a letter for biometric appointment...I was pretty excited...but problem is, the letter refers to an I-539 extension that was requested last March, but subsequently cancelled in January. As such, I think the Biometric appointment I received was a 'delayed' reaction to the I-539...where the appointment was scheduled prior to the 539 being cancelled....dammit.

Nothing yet. I-485 package was delivered to Chicago Lockbox via Fedex on February 5th. Check hasn't been cashed either.

No update so far man. It takes a whole month (25 business days) to get it cashed. This is the normal process time thee days.
