Last night my Credit Card was charged by Chicago Lockbox for I-130 and I-485 Fees.

No text/email or NOA yet.

no point worrying about it just yet...only been 4 weeks....just relax and breathe. It got delivered that's the important bit. Mine was delivered on Feb 2nd and

Curious, if G1145 submitted, are you supposed to receive text AND email, or text OR email ? I definitely received both for my OPT application, but seems like here for 485 everyone only got texts?

Update - received four text messages with the tracking numbers. Four business days after I saw a charge on my credit card. Didn't receive any emails.

Btw, I keep seeing people mentioning their PD (priority date?). How do you find out yours? Or is it not applicable to marriage-based applicants?

Hi all,

So I just got to know through my attorney that check's have been cashed and he could obtain case number from the Check. Next step waiting for NOAs. Can we apply DL on the basis of NOA?

Timeline:

2/9/2021: All required documents for Marriage Based AOS dispatched via UPS.
2/10/2021: Package received at Chicago Lockbox.
3/9/2021: Finger Print Fee has been accepted/ Checks Cashed.

Still nothing for me (timeline below). However, since it's pretty clear that my EAD isn't going to turn up any time soon, my company has applied for an L1A (with priority processing) so that I can continue working in the US while the EB1C application continues. That was sent on March 8, and case number was received on March 12.

Current status 3/15/2021: The checks haven't been cashed.
I called uscis and was told it can take up to 60 days to open an application.
Pls what will you advice I do.
I need the i-765 before may.

not sure there's much you can do. My attorney has said the same thing. USCIS is experiencing severe backlogs with issuance of receipt numbers and they have seen that it can take up to 90 days for them to issue a receipt.
