02/22/2021: Package sent via UPS ground to Chicago Lockbox
02/24/2021: Package delivered to Chicago Lockbox - Left at the mailroom, signed by Harper
Nothing yet as of 3/21/2021, will gladly update when good news comes.

Meanwhile, My current F-1 program ends June 30th and I have a job lined up already. I am debating whether I should apply for OPT soon. I-765 through OPT also has a long backlog

It's not just phoenix. It's most, if not everywhere. I too am have filled in EB1C. Took 90 days to get NOAs from TX lockbox.

You can give uscis a call, to know what the problem might be

I spoke with live representative on Emma Chat and they told me to wait 30 days before I could request for the duplicate I-797.

Still nothing for me (timeline below). However, since it's pretty clear that my EAD isn't going to turn up any time soon, my company has applied for an L1A (with priority processing) so that I can continue working in the US while the EB1C application continues. That was sent on March 8, and case number was received on March 12.

Still nothing from my I-485 submission (50 days and counting), but my L1A (I-129) was approved today so that's good.

Called USCIS yesterday and they asked me to wait another 30 days and call back. If they can't find the application during that time, they will suggest the next step.

I have made several calls and they keep saying to wait for 60 days.
I believe they will attend to it before the 60days due date and it is not missing

Hi All,

Finally! The wait is over. My money order got cashed yesterday on 03/24/2021 and I called today as of 03/25/2021 to USCIS call center and they provide me the receipt number. My receipt notice was also sent out yesterday. Hopefully, I will have it in the coming week.

The entire details are:

I-485 package was delivered to Chicago Lockbox via USPS on February 10th.
Married to a LPR
I-130 approved on 12/29/2020 and PD 08/22/2020

03/25/2021: got receipt number over the phone from USCIS call center

Long story short, all you have to do is wait. Eventually, y'all will receive it. Keep postng.
