so I received a letter that explains the above. It says that in order to speed up my application, it has been transferred to Nebraska office (from Phoenix)EB1C (approved I-140)

I have my biometrics appointment scheduled for May 20.
Following is my timeline:
2/25/2021: Package sent
2/26/2021: Package delivered to Chicago Lockbox
3/26/2021: Checks cashed
3/29/2021: Received texts with receipt numbers
4/03/2021: Received NOAs
4/30/2021: Received biometrics appointment letterComment
