03/25/2021: received receipt notices via SMS for me and my dependents from NBC.

02/10/2021: delivered to Nebraska service center P.O.BOX

I changed my address in early June but apparently, USCIS didn't update it yet in time that I have to fly from WI to TX now for this appointment.
Question: does the request to expedited EAD helps before having the biometrics appointment completed?

I have seen April filers got their biometrics done including me. So, it is something of concern. You may want to check with Emma and talk to a USCIS officer.
