Hi,

I get married in 2 weeks and i'm getting all the paperwork ready. Does anyone have a link to the list of forms i need to complete and the supporting documentation?
I'm marrying a US citizen.

Have you read the instructions for the forms you are submitting? They give pretty clear instructions as to what supporting evidence you need to submit. You need to pay particular attention to the I864 and I966(?) as they can trip those who don’t follow the instructions up.

i think you mean I-944, as there is no I966 form

Yes, thank you for correcting it! I went through AoS back in 2018 so avoided the public charge assessment and having to file the I-944.
