Please I need help
i want to file for vawa for my kids and I. I was married to a US citizen who abused me financially, mentally, emotionally and physically. But I do not have no evidence to prove all that. The documents I have are the ones that shows good faith marriage like pictures, joint bank statement, insurance, tax return. My ex spouse is crazy. Always making trouble and going in and out of jail. He was also on the news when he climbed a cell tower and threatened to jump down. Are those evidences enough? Also testimonies from neighbors and friends who knew what was going on.
Do I need a lawyer or it’s something I can put in myself because I can’t afford the lawyer’s fees.
if it’s something I can file myself, can someone please put me through.
