Required Initial Evidence!

Hello,

After I did my biometrics last week I got "Required Initial Eveidence" by mail (I believe it's RFE) but anyway it's says that I need to send a proof that the income I included in I-864 in order to meet the povetry guideline with my wife was earnd when I worked legally in the US.

I am J-1 student and I did work legally but I don't know what documents they are talking about...is my I-94, DS-2019, and SSN card will be enough?

I sent these documents with my full AOS application (I-485, I-130, I-765 etc....) should I send them seperatly with I-864 or they need differend documents?

Did you file any taxes? Did you get any W-2's?

yes. I filed my taxes and i included the tax transcript from IRS + my W-2.

Any Idea what else?

Well then it shouldn't be a problem. Send copies of all your tax returns and W-2's to them with a letter explaining your income while legally working.
I think they need a detailed and clear explanation.

Do you have any idea in case I will send them the papers again and it won't be enough will they deny the application or send me another RFE?

I am not sure about the answer to your question. I wouldn't think of denial though, but then that's me. Just be as detailed and clear as possible. There are attorneys out there who may offer you free consultation and you may get your answer of maybe someone here more experienced may answer your question.
