I was wondering if online case status of form I-130 has changed or updated when USCIS has requested NVC to send the I-130 (approved 1.5 yrs before AOS interview) back to USCIC even or when NVC has redirected it USCIS.
(My case)
AOS Marriage Based I-130 was filed and approved while my spouse was LPR submitted I-485 day after USC certificate received. We had our AOS interview 2 weeks ago and it went very smoothly only few questions asked. The case status as of today “Case was completed but case must be reviewed” Yes, the I/O was missing our form I-130 at Interview.
Similar experience or advices will be greatly appreciated.
