  • Mistake by doctor in Medical Examination

I went for my medical with my wife and everything came out good. We both tested negative for Tuberculosis.

Now, I just checked a copy of the records he gave us and he made a mistake on the forms. He marked for me positive for TB and 00mm as the size of it which means negative. Then, in the back, he out down Cleared for TB for USCIS.

For my wife, they out down negative and put down as she went through the X-ray examination.

The problem is that I already sent this info to Immigration and I am afraid it might cause an issue. What Should I do?

    Thank you.

Have the doctor do a new medical record and ask him to attach a letter explaining his error. I am not sure if you mail it or just hold on to it till USCIS says something about it.

A lot of time the doctors forget to sign or have the applicant sign the form. It does cause a little delay but nothing serious.
