Help with i-485, please...
Hello everybody, I'm new to the forum!
I've been reading a lot of the post and have been very helpful to me.
Your help will be really appreciated, I'm confused filling my I-485, I send my I-130 and just received a notice of action I797, stating that the petition has been approved.
Now, my questions are:
- On part 2, which option should a check? a or b, it's not clear to me, i think it might be a, but not sure.
- Also on current status question, not sure either. I came with F1 visa, but left school like 4 years ago.
-And in the expiration date part, i think you are supposed to write the I-94 last day of stay in the US. But being a F1 visa, they don't write a date, just F1 D/S. Should I write the expiration date on my visa?
Sorry, I know it's a lot of questions, but I'm really lost, and I don't have the money to hire an attorney, hopefully you guys can help me and maybe someone was in the same situation... Thank you so much!!
