Can some one tell me how to open an SR for 485 case?

You can take an infopass and head to the USCIS office, they can open a SR. No point in opening one as it does not matter at all. You will get a standard reply after 20-30 days saying that the case needs additional processing and will be processed accordingly from a template.
If you can find a way to reach the second level officer by calling USCIS, they can open a SR too.
