How long do they respond back after an RFE??

Hello! Long story short my wife and I had our interview April 2019. We weren't approved on the spot. We never heard back from them not a yes or a no

Jan 2021 we finally received an RFE notice. They asked for our current taxes and an updated medical exam.

Yesterday sent over the packet.

Just out of curiosity how long does it take to respond or approved?
Is it possible that they may ask for any additional information?

The response/approval varies so there is no way to know how long will it take. I have seen reports of less than a month and others that wait for 3 months or more.
There is always a possibility that they will ask for any additional information, but based on your case I don't think is likely and should be the last RFE if you sent the documents that they wanted. Good luck.
