Hi, My priority Date for EB1C : Nov 2020,. With latest March Bulletin upsate for India, can i485 filed in this March as Filling Date is current for India.Thanks !

No, the visa bulletin provides 2 calendars, final action dates and dates for filing.

to see what table/calendar you should use.

For March 2021 they say:

For Employment-Based Preference Filings:
For all employment-based preference categories, you must use the Final Action date.

You need to wait for the final action date to be Nov 2020 (after your PD) or that USCIS uses dates for filing for the month (usually October-Dec/Jan).
