If you have any pointer, please do let me know.
I'm on F1 - International Student status. And my mom sponsored me a few years ago from I130 (Receipt starts with HCMxxxxxxxx - stands for Ho Chi MInh City Vietnam)
Recently, I just did Adjustment of Status, received EAD and AP and everything. Current status case is waiting for appointment to be schedule. (Receipt starts with MSCxxxxxxxx)
So now, I have 2 receipts, 2 different cases.
I just received an email from the Vietnam Consulate to invite me for an interview ....in Vietnam. (HCMxxxxxxx).
What to do now? Did anyone face a similar situation? Is it possible to ask to be interviewed here in the US.
