VAWA Process and EAD/AP Approval
Hello all! I am about to submit my VAWA application. I am consulting a lawyer but doing most of it on my own. The lawyer has looked at my evidence and made me a cover letter and everything. However, I have a question about all your experience. When you filed for I-360 with I-485, I-765, and I-130, did you put category c9 on your I-765 or c31? I heard that c9 makes it move faster but c31 makes it move slowly? And only people married to us citizens can file under c9? and people with permanent residence spouses are not eligible and have to file under c31? is this correct information? Also, has anyone filed an I-912 fee waiver? did you get any luck with it? thanks!
