    Hello All,

My I-944 Issuance date was Dec 9th 2020 and submission date was March 6th ( Saturday) 2021..

My husband submitted I -944 with evidence via UPS urgent express on March 5th (Friday) 2021.

but next day we tracked delivery missed and reschedule on Monday . I dont know Office is closed or not on saturday.

My question is that if USCIS office receive I-944 on Monday one day after due date given by USCIS notice because of due date day was Saturday and then sunday , will USCIS still

    consider/accept my form I944??

"some members says that USCIS extended 60 days for REF but read they mentioned that if issuance date of REF is between from MArch 1st to March 31st then they accept REF after due date submission".

    please please reply.

oh okay so REF for I-944 also comes in that extension ? because when they sent me REF for I-944 in which clearly mentioned in Notice "If we will not receive till March 6th 2021" then case clearly decline"
