no. no idea what that means. I just assumed that it's sitting at Nebraska and have been looking at the processing times for that location which are currently 12 - 19.5 months (mine is about to hit 14 months)

Just chat with Emma and ask the support person you talk to for the processing time for MSC giving them your MSC number. If they say that your case is with Nebraska currently, ask if you could raise a service request based on MSC processing times as the transfer of application was to speed up the processing but it has been on wait for a long time now or if there is a possibility of transferring the case back to MSC. I asked to speak with an agent and they raised a Service Request. Not sure if that will help or not....I did read that if you have an L1A visa (which I do) the processing might be faster...sadly, I didn't have the L1A when I submitted the application...but I do now. I don't want to mention this to USCIS though in case they want to start all over again!!EB1C (approved I-140)

Like I said earlier, you have nothing to lose. Now that a service request is in place, I believe your case might start moving. no, I simply asked why my case appeared to have stalled, next thing I get an email stating a service request had been raised, then the agent told me they had raised this and ended the chat!EB1C (approved I-140)

taken from the ******** website on a story about USCIS processing delays. It cites USCIS as the source, but totally contradicts the information that the USCIS is putting out regarding processing times.​​​​​​​

Looks like all pending 485 cases are being moved to NBC expect for those which are already in the middle of processing. So guess your case should also get moved to NBC soon and processed subsequently.Originally posted by twisted-pixel View Post
