Hi Tina_J: I recently read about your GC approval. Firstly, congrats. I would like to know if you applied under EB1C category and which service center? I have been waiting for more than a year and have similar timelines like yours and your inputs would help me gauge when I can get my approval.

Thank you Par_Rathin. I applied under EB1A. My case was just transferred to National Benefits Center in March and was approved a month later. I did my fingerprints in October and didn't receive any additional updates after that.

My case is a little bite complicated, I applied for asylum back on 2011 and got transferred to immigration court for removal proceeding2012!
Got married to green card holder in 2016 and my wife submitted the I 130 petition 2016 and approved after interview in 2017!
2021 my wife got her citizenship and my lawyer submitted motion to terminate my asylum case and case terminated 2021!

I 485 submitted in March
March 17 case received
June 7, 2021 Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken!

I applied for for work permit on 06/10/2021
Expedite request received by uscis 03/15/2022
out of processing time on 5/27/2022 and online electronic request for information submitted same day
No update since that time

Any help or suggestion?

RFE 5/26/21. FOREIGN birth certificate which was included.

7/15/21 Resubmitted Birth Certifcate

7/26/21 Fingerprints Were Taken houston texas

9/13/21 RFE i693. Dont mail. Wait for interview letter

9/23/21 Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview

09/30/22 i130 approved

Been 1 year awaiting an interview.
